Rock Tape
Most people have seen coloured strapping tape applied to athletes during tennis, rugby, beach volleyball and many other sports. There are many brands of this dynamic tape, including Kinesiology Tape, RockTape, SpiderTech. I have completed level 2 training in Kinesiology Taping and have assisted in teaching on Rock Tape courses.
